10 Hour Appointment: Friendly and experienced; Experienced, licensed handyman; Help maintain property; Change or repair light fixtures; Fix leaky toilet or faucet; Skilled in a wide range of repairs; Prompt, Reliable, and efficient. With our home maintenance package, you will receive a thorough and complete inspection of your home to discuss problem areas and areas that could develop into a problem. After the initial inspection is complete we will schedule you two, four hour visits for the year to fix the problem areas and complete any other handyman tasks you may want accomplished. Changing HVAC filters, caulking windows and toilets, insulation, smoke detector batteries, fixing a leaky faucet or toilet, installing a towel bar, fixing drywall, and many other tasks. This package will prove to be a big money saver to you in repair costs alone along with reducing your electric, heating, and AC bills.

Handyman - At Your Service

2 Hour Appointment: Experienced, licensed handyman; Change or repair light fixtures; Fix leaky toilet or faucet; Excludes cost of materials; Skilled in a wide range of repairs; Prompt, Reliable, and efficient; Repair drywall. With this deal, you get one of our highly skilled handyman techs for two hours to take care of any tasks you might need done from drywall repair to furniture assembly. We do it all and offer over 100 different services promptly and professionally. Any materials are not included in this price. With this deal, you get two full hours with one of our professional and experienced handyman techs to help clear out the honey do list. Repair a hole in drywall, fix a toilet or sink, put together furniture, hang pictures, change out light bulbs, or anything else we can do for you within 2 hours. The price only includes labor, does not include material and any project that exceeds two hours will, after the initial two hours, carry our flat rate of $50.00 an hour.
